✿ Hello! We are based in Singapore, a small sunny island in asia.
CAN I DO A GROUP ORDER?
✿ You are more than welcomed to do so! Do let us know if you do so that we can create a custom shipping listing for you.
PAYMENT
✿ As we ship internationally, our prices are standardised to SGD.
✿ Do note that our prices are reflected to USD conversions and is different from physical sale prices.
✿ Due to PayPal's preorder regulations we will only be accepting payments in Credit/Debit Card.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
✿ All pre-order items will not ship immediately. They will usually be shipped out within 2-3 weeks of when pre-orders have ended.
✿ Do follow us on our social media to keep up to date on pre-order statuses.
SHIPPING
✿ All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days.
✿ All Domestic Shipping will be tracked unless stated.
✿ International shipping will be mailed out on every Saturdays and/or Monday. Package will arrive within 2-5 weeks (longer or shorter depending on your location)
✿ Shipping prices are seperated by types (Stickers, Keychains, T-shirts). All items will be shipped together regardless of different shipping listings! This is to ensure that we can charge cheaper rates for my smaller items.
✿ If there is a slight overcharge in your shipping, we will refund the remaining amount back to you.
MISSING ORDERS
✿ If your orders are missing or have not arrived to you within the stated date, please contact us via email or my social media. We will usually resend the items if there is still stock! If else, please check in with your post office as we do not have control over the shipping once it leaves our country.
REFUND POLICY
✿ All sales are final and there will be no refunds unless your mail has been declined and returned back to us.
